A background in building
Logan was a residential builder in East Auckland for three years. Building taught him how homes are put together and how to care for them properly, so he knows how to clean one without damaging it.
A water blaster cleans with force. At full pressure it can strip paint, scar timber and push water in behind weatherboards. So walls and roofs get a soft wash: a cleaning solution at low pressure, then a rinse. Concrete can take the pressure, so drives and paths still get a proper pressure clean.
His experience in IT helped him build reliable systems that keep every job organised. And the discipline of endurance sport shapes the high standard he brings to every job.
He started Peak in December 2025. Its old name was Peak Property Care, so you may see that name in some of his Google reviews.
